Properties:White or grey white crystalline
powder,losing crystal water at 100°C . Soluble in acetone,ethyl
acetate, 85-share water, 6-share ethanol, 2-share boiling
water, slightly soluble in cold water, insoluble in benzene
or trichloromethane.
Use:Industrial gallic acid used in analyzing
and testing bismuth, cerium, copper, nitryl,phosphorus, silver,
thorium and titanium etc.. It is also widely used in the fields
including organic synthesis, pharmaceutical, ink, dyes, national
defence and food etc..
